• New Schedule

    Our schedule expanded. We introduced few new classes and more hours to train. BJJ Basics training is all about foundation of this martial – technique, flexibility, fundamental moves and conditioning. And yes students still sparr in this class. Students of all levels should attend. It’s the best class is you’re beginner in the martial arts.

    Boxing/Kickbixing Beginner class is for those who want to learn how to strike, but not really into being punched. We have no sparring in this class. It it technique and cardio heavy.

    Wednesday is NO-Gi day now for BJJ students.

    And finally, by many requests we have 12 noon BJJ classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
